Chapter I · Origin

Not just a school. The school.

Hidden within an old-money valley, Fortuna University has spent centuries producing world leaders, tycoons, scholars, and the occasional eccentric genius.

Founded by Lord Percival Fortuna in the 1700s, the university first served only the wealthy elite. After a scandal involving a secret society rocked the campus in the 1800s, admission shifted toward meritocracy. Today students from every background compete through brutal entrance examinations—yet the campus remains steeped in tradition, mystery, and prestige.

Chapters II – VIII

The Campus

From cathedral dining halls to rooftop catwalks. Select a place to learn more and see its trigger keywords.

Chapter XII · Academics

The Main Faculties

Fortuna is home to many schools and departments. These are its five main faculties.

⚔ The Rivalry. The Ironclad and the Gilded Tongue have been at it for generations—annual debate showdowns, prank wars during midterms. When exam season hits, everyone's equally miserable.

The Ledger

Every student gets a number.

Fortuna's ranking system is updated every semester and posted publicly on the digital boards outside the Athenaeum Arcana. It weighs coursework, research, extracurricular leadership and peer evaluations—by an algorithm no one has ever seen.

Top 50

Priority registration, Elite Dormitory access, exclusive faculty dinners.

Bottom 10%

A “performance review” with your faculty dean.

Chapters IX – X

Student Life

The Hierarchy

Greek Life

Gehenna GEH

The frat everyone warns you about. You show up anyway.

Loud, wild, physical, boundary-testing—mostly athletes and people who move like them. Parties are invitation only. No exceptions. If you got one, someone vouched for you.

Unwritten rule: don't take a drink you didn't pour or watch get made.

Infinity House INFI

Cleaner image, louder presence.

Legacy Circle money meets Vanguard clout. Parties are open but curated—exclusive without ever locking the door.

Their president gets under GEH's skin by pretending not to care.

Something happened between the two presidents—something personal that never got resolved. Overlapping party dates, competing events, the works. Brothers from both houses can share a room without it boiling over. Barely.

Chapter XI · Campus Culture

The Magpie

Everyone says they hate it. Everyone reads it.

An anonymous student-run account posting hookup sightings, academic scandals, faculty drama, blind items, leaked screenshots and callouts. Its semesterly Vanguard ranking can make—or end—a reputation. The administration has shut it down many times. It always comes back.
